No shame in talking about depression
I wrote a song about dealing with and beating depression and asked some friends, including my family and Doctor to come and sing it with me (Pre-Covid). Click above to see the music video that has just been edited and released.

Most Australians feel the effects of both influenza and depression at some time. There is no shame in either, it’s just life. However one condition we talk about and seek help on - the other we so often hide inside :-

One leads to hundreds of deaths per year with treatment and discussion.

The other leads to thousands of avoidable deaths each year and is often never revealed, never discussed, never treated.
Something is wrong here.
